Basis of brewing herbal tea:

      Delicious herbal tea is not difficult to brew, 1. Note the water temperature, 2. tea set selection, 3. time of brewing and soak time.

In the market have 3 different types of tea set that is  glass or ceramic and purple sand, generally brewing herbal tea often use the glass utensils, glass pot brew herbal tea is a kind of visual enjoyment let spirit comfortable and relaxed, using purple sand brewing herbal tea can keep warm longer and aroma remained, use the ceramic utensils is more appropriate for brew herbal tea.

 Flower with grass belong to medicinal plant, traditional Chinese medicine often select ceramic container  to stew herbs. Using ceramic brew can making water activator because ceramic have far infrared can allowing water small molecules for  body absorbed and feel sweetness.



Brew method:

         80 degree temperature is best for brewing herbal tea and no need put too many raw material avoid the smell too strong become physical discomfort, brewing and soak time is between 5-15 minutes is better after  shout filter it or return to brewing.



 For example:

      Thin herbs, as osmanthus, jasmine, lily, peach, lavender and etc soak 5 minutes after drink.

      Thick herbs, as rose, blue mellow, chrysanthemum, carnation and etc soak 10-15 minutes after drink.


 Single  and Compound herbs tea soak method:

      Single types herbs tea is easily  to brew, example osmanthus flower sock time need 5 minutes and filter it then can drink.

     Compound types herbs tea need to pay more attention, material combination and quantity usually within 3 or 4 kind herbs is match, avoid too many ingredients put into complex place become difficult to control unless is experts to teach or  has been prepared.



Completion of  compound herbs tea:

    Example as rose, forget me not, tribute chrysanthemum. Mainly is rose 50% 1 tablespoon 8~12, forger me not half tablespoon 30 % 4~5, tribute chrysanthemum 20% 1 teaspoon 3~4, so this is the match formula.


 泡花草茶的基本法∶

     要泡一杯好饮的花草茶一点也不难,首先要注意水温,第二选用茶具,第三冲泡时间,市面上常见的茶具有三种,分别是玻璃、陶瓷和紫砂,      一般上泡花茶都会选择玻璃器具,用玻璃泡花茶在视觉上是一种享受,能让人感到舒服与放松;而用紫砂壶泡花茶则能耐温和留香气;而使用陶瓷     茶具泡花茶更为合适。

    花草茶属于药材类在以往中医煮药汤都会选择陶瓷,用陶瓷饮用花草茶会有意想不到的效果无论在味道和口感或对身体的吸收都各胜一筹,因陶瓷拥有远红外线能活化水分让水的分子变得更小还身体容易吸收而在口感上茶水变得细薄带点甘甜.

      水温80度左右而原料的用量不需放太多免得因气味太浓饮用后身体感到不适,泡花草茶以清香为主而浸泡时间介于5分钟至15 分钟之间为佳然后再将花草过滤就可饮用或在回泡。


      花草大小或厚薄的泡制时间要把握好,如薄的花草(桂花、茉莉、百合、桃花、熏衣草等)5分钟后就可饮用。如玫瑰花、紫罗兰,胎菊花,康乃馨等花型比较厚大的泡制时间一般都是1015 分钟。

单方或复方花草茶泡制法∶

   单一花草泡制比较简单和容易,如泡桂花茶只需5分钟然后隔开就可饮用。

   复方花草茶泡制法比较要花心思,材料配搭和用量需要留心;通常配搭的花草最好是在三种或四种之间,切忌放入太多种原料变成复杂又难掌控除非是经过专人指点或配制好的。

复方花草茶的配搭∶

    如玫瑰、勿忘我、贡菊花,以玫瑰为主50%一汤匙8~12朵、勿忘我30%半汤匙4~5片、贡菊花20%一小匙3~4朵,配搭的数量要由多中小。
